Maddie's Hooks custom order request form terms and agreements. There will be a max of 5 custom orders open at one time. Maddie's Hooks has the right to approve or deny any custom orders. Proper contact information is essential and line of communication must be kept open while your project is being crafted. Time may vary depending on the complexity of your order and the number of orders ahead of yours. Please allow a max of 4-6 weeks for your item to be crafted.
A deposit of $25 must be made before work on your custom order can begin, payable at maddieshooks.com. This deposit is non refundable and will be paid towards your final total. After you've submitted your custom request and deposit, Maddie's Hooks will contact you to discuss the details of your order within 2 -3 days. A final payment estimate will be given, but depending on the individual item requested, materials used, and time spent on your item, this is subject to change after your item is complete. Final payments are fairly made based on time spent, materials used, and hourly wage. Final payments cannot be bartered or bargained, payments are non negotiable. Final payments can be made via Maddie's Hooks website or PayPal. Cancelations may be made on a case by case basis if your project is not far along. Returns and refunds are not permitted.
